سياسة الخصوصية

MORE OS هو نظام تشغيل متكامل لإدارة الوكالات الإبداعية — يستخدمه فريق الوكالة وعملاؤها لإدارة المشاريع والمهام والحملات والمالية والمحادثات. توضّح هذه السياسة أي بيانات نعالجها وكيف نخزّنها ونحميها داخل نظامنا.

البيانات التي نعالجها

  • الحساب والملف الشخصي: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الدور الوظيفي، ورقم الهاتف والصورة الشخصية عند إضافتها.
  • بيانات العمل: المشاريع، المهام، العملاء، الحملات، العقود، الفواتير والرواتب التي يدخلها المستخدمون داخل النظام.
  • المحادثات والملفات: الرسائل النصية والصوتية والصور والملفات التي ترفعها داخل محادثات الفريق والعملاء.
  • الموقع الجغرافي (اختياري): يُشارَك الموقع فقط بعد موافقتك الصريحة — لتحديد موقع التصوير أو مشاركة موقع الفريق أثناء الدوام — ويمكنك إيقافه بأي وقت.
  • الوسائط والأذونات: الكاميرا والميكروفون ومكتبة الصور تُستخدم فقط لالتقاط ورفع الصور والفيديو والرسائل الصوتية عند طلبك.
  • الإشعارات: معرّف جهازك لإرسال الإشعارات الفورية الخاصة بعملك.
  • بيانات تقنية: تقارير الأعطال ومؤشرات الأداء لتحسين استقرار النظام.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

  • لتشغيل النظام: إدارة المشاريع، المحادثات، الموافقات، المالية والتقارير لوكالتك.
  • لعرض أداء الحملات وحساب العائد على الإنفاق لعملائك داخل النظام.
  • لإرسال إشعارات تخص عملك (مهام، موافقات، رسائل، مواعيد).
  • لتحسين الأداء وإصلاح الأعطال.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها لأغراض تتبّع عبر تطبيقات أخرى.

التخزين والحماية والاحتفاظ

تُخزَّن جميع البيانات والوسائط داخل بنيتنا التقنية الآمنة والمشفّرة، وتُقدَّم عبر روابط موقّعة مؤقتة. النقل مشفّر بالكامل. الوصول محكوم بالأدوار — كل مستخدم يرى ما يخصّه فقط. تُحتفظ الملفات لفترات محددة (مثلاً المواد الخام ~3 أشهر، النهائية ~12 شهراً) ثم تُحذف تلقائياً.

حقوقك

يمكنك الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو طلب حذف حسابك وبياناته بالتواصل معنا. تُدار حسابات المستخدمين من قِبل مدير الوكالة داخل النظام.

معايير المحتوى والإشراف

محادثات MORE OS تحتوي محتوى ينشئه المستخدمون، ونطبّق عليها ضمانات صارمة:

  • سياسة عدم تسامح مطلقة تجاه المحتوى المسيء أو السلوك المؤذي؛ قد يُحذف المحتوى المخالف ويُوقَف الحساب.
  • الموافقة على الشروط مطلوبة قبل إنشاء أي حساب واستخدام التطبيق.
  • الإبلاغ: يقدر أي مستخدم يبلّغ عن رسالة مسيئة (ضغطة مطوّلة على الرسالة ← «الإبلاغ»)، وتتم مراجعة كل بلاغ واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب خلال 24 ساعة.
  • الحظر: يمكن حظر أي مستخدم مؤذٍ فتُخفى رسائله فوراً، وتتوفّر شاشة «الأمان والخصوصية» لعرض المحظورين ورفع الحظر بأي وقت.
  • فلتر المحتوى يمنع إرسال النصوص المسيئة تلقائياً عند الإرسال.

تُخزَّن البلاغات وقوائم الحظر داخل بنيتنا الآمنة لغرض الإشراف فقط — لمراجعة المخالفات واتخاذ الإجراءات — ولا تُستخدم لأي إعلان أو تتبّع.

الأطفال

MORE OS أداة عمل للوكالات وغير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.

Privacy Policy

MORE OS is a complete operating system for creative agencies — used by our team and clients to manage projects, tasks, campaigns, finance and chat. This policy explains what data we process and how we store and protect it inside our platform.

Information we process

  • Account & profile: name, email, role, and optionally phone number and profile photo.
  • Work data: projects, tasks, clients, campaigns, contracts, invoices and payroll entered by users.
  • Chat & files: text and voice messages, images and files you upload in team and client conversations.
  • Location (optional): shared only after explicit consent — to tag a shoot location or share a team member’s location during work hours — and can be turned off anytime.
  • Media & permissions: camera, microphone and photo library are used only to capture and upload photos, video and voice messages when you choose to.
  • Notifications: a device identifier used to send push notifications related to your work.
  • Technical data: crash reports and performance metrics used to improve the platform’s stability.

How we use it

  • To run the platform: projects, chat, approvals, finance and reporting for your agency.
  • To show campaign performance and compute return on spend for your clients inside the platform.
  • To send notifications relevant to your work (tasks, approvals, messages, deadlines).
  • To improve performance and fix crashes.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it for cross-app tracking.

Storage, security & retention

All data and media are stored inside our own secure, encrypted infrastructure and served via short-lived signed links. Data is encrypted in transit. Access is role-based — each user sees only what belongs to them. Files are retained for set periods (e.g. raw ~3 months, final ~12 months) then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. User accounts are managed by the agency administrator inside the platform.

Content standards & moderation

Conversations in MORE OS contain user-generated content, and we apply strict safeguards to it:

  • Zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior; violating content may be removed and the account suspended.
  • Agreement to our Terms is required before an account can be created and the app used.
  • Reporting: any user can report an abusive message (long-press the message → “Report”); every report is reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
  • Blocking: any abusive user can be blocked, hiding their messages instantly; a “Safety & Privacy” screen lists blocked users and lets you unblock at any time.
  • A content filter automatically blocks objectionable text from being sent.

Reports and block lists are stored inside our secure infrastructure for moderation purposes only — to review violations and take action — and are never used for advertising or tracking.

Children

MORE OS is a business tool for agencies and is not directed to children under 13.
